Review by hotel critic
The cleanliness of the rooms was appreciated, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a laundromat on-site - a must when traveling with a child. We also appreciated easy access to public transport, making it simple to explore the surrounding attractions. One highlight was the vending machine stocked with cold water, which was essential given the uncomfortably hot nights we faced - there was no air conditioning to alleviate the 37-degree heat, leading to sleepless nights. The absence of employees at reception made communication a challenge, particularly with language barriers. Our child, under 16, enjoyed some of the local parks nearby, which was a relief. The constant noise from passing traffic and the intrusion of mosquitoes left much to be desired. For families, while some amenities offered convenience, we felt the overall experience could use improvement. Ideally, a family-friendly hotel should prioritize comfort and communication.
